The White Ape is a reference to the pulp horror worlds of HP Lovecraft and others, where intrepid explorers probe the the mysterious city of Zinj, populated by carnivorous white apes....and things even more sinister....

White Ape Painting Studio is a small painting business based in Central Indiana. I have been painting wargaming miniatures professionally for nearly 20 years. My painting mentors were Kurt Lortz, Bart Enz, Jim McFatridge, George Toplis, and many others.  On occasion, I have other experienced freelance painters work for my studio as well.
